Back after many years absence, Xim played a stonking set of their old favourites, some traditional tunes and a new one as well. They played a contrasting style of tunes with their rhythmic Bourrées, floaty waltzes and mazurkas, and groovy Scottisches on gurdy, flute and melodeon.
Xim are:

- Frank Vickers – Hurdy Gurdy and Bodhran
Interval music was provided by the massed Pied à Terre musicians.
The audience danced enthusiastically on one of our best attended evenings recently.
